Hi there.  I’ll try to keep this short.  I grew up in Austin and have been focused on selling real estate in Central Austin for almost two decades now.  I know the area, am deeply familiar with the homes and have a keen sense about what unique issues, depending on the neighborhood,  are likely to come up (or should be brought up) for buyers and sellers.  I’ve watched Central Austin grow, change and morph with its many visions and revisions, and with each passing year, I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home or a better way of making a living. Corny as it sounds,  I love my town and I love helping people find a piece of Austin that just right for them.

Other than that, I am blissfully married with one child, a son, who I  am incredibly proud of. His name is Ellis and he is just about perfect – just ask me. (grin)   I love good honest conversation, Tex Mex and Mexican Martini’s.

When it comes to what I do for a living, I run my business the way that I hope best serves the needs of my clients.  I started my own brokerage, Homesville Real Estate, a few years back so that I had the freedom to provide the kind of service to my clients that I thought they deserved.  I don’t have plans for becoming a mega brokerage or a franchise-sized behemoth.  I just want to make an honest living doing what I am good at and helping people like you with your Austin Real Estate needs.  It really is that simple.
