The Central Austin real estate market is HOT and for buyers there isn’t much in terms of housing inventory that’s available.
Have two buyers who are right now “homeless”. If you know of something coming up, we would love to hear about it in advance of it going on the MLS. This is what they are looking for…
1. Looking for a home around 400k with around 2000 sqft preferably 3/2 with 2 living ares. Needs to be nice but doesn’t have to be perfect. Wants it to have soul. Does not want it too close to Mopac or busy streets.
2. Transplants from California are considering relocation here. Wants to be close in, be in the 300k’s, can do smaller. Also doesn’t want to be on busy street or too close to Mopac.
The following listings have begun the process of getting ready for the market…

I got so excited about this one – it was immediately posted after my first visit to the house. 2-3 bedroom with 2 baths and a huge basement! It’s close to UT, downtown and everything that’s cool about being in Central Austin. There is a tenant living there now and wont be available until August but you can check some of it out by following this link. 2826 Pearl St I have more photos but to protect the privacy of the tenant – gonna hold off on showing you those.

One of the last bastions of affordability in Central Austin. (East of Lamar, West of I35, North of St Johns and South of 183/ Research Blvd) The Highland Neighborhood (which you can visit in the hyperlink preceeding this) is really pretty cool. It is highly diverse, close in and close to lots of new development. It also happens to be relatively affordable. For 259,900 You can buy a nice, totally remodeled 3/2 with a huge back yard. Will be on the market in the next couple of weeks.
