Travis Heights  - 4 minutes to downtown Austin

South of the river close to I35 is Travis Heights. It’s fairly liberal, really hip and historic.  Its location is unrivaled because it’s adjacent to the river and it’s possible to just ride a bike to downtown. South Congress (SoCo) is also a big draw with eclectic stores and cafes that attract people from all over town, tourist and even some movie directors.
