You get bids from your preferred providers and work directly with them on the completion of the work. To protect your investment, all contractors must be properly licensed and insured.

The Compass Concierge program is available to any of our sellers. We find it particularly helpful to sellers that have limited liquid resources, who lack the bandwidth to oversee an improvement project without our assistance, or who are experiencing a special circumstance like divorce or estate liquidation.
At the time closing on the sale of your property, Compass Concierge collects payment for the cost of the work performed. No interest is incurred.
If for some reason the improvements aren't completed within twelve months, your home doesn’t sell, or you simply change your mind about selling, Compass only collects the costs incurred for the home improvement work.
